Returns, Exchanges and Shipping

RETURNS POLICY  

We hope that you will love your new Ocean Flo Swimwear! However, in the event that you are unhappy with your purchase we will gladly accept any clean, unworn, unwashed, unused product that was sold at regular prices for an exchange of size, of change item or store credit. In the event that Ocean Flo discovers the swimwear have been used, the company reserves the right not to accept the returned product. Products must be returned with sanitary stickers, and hang tags attached.

Unfortunately, Ocean Flo does not offer refunds, our policy is exchange only or store credit. In the event that you may be unhappy with your purchase, please contact the store to discuss swapping your item or a store credit.

Return shipping is payable by the customer. We recommend using a prepaid, traceable method to ensure safe delivery. Ocean Flo Swimwear takes no responsibility for missing parcels without proof of delivery.

Please allow a minimum of two business days for the processing of your return once the return is received. You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been completed. 

To initiate a return please email oceanflo.aus@gmail.com with your order number and reason for your return and a member of our team will be in contact with you with the next steps to lodge your return.


FAULTY ITEMS

If your swimwear are found to be faulty due to manufacturing, we are able to offer you a repair or exchange up to 2 weeks after purchase with an original proof of purchase.

Please note that general wear and tear over time and damage caused by neglect, misuse or incorrect care is not considered a manufacturing fault and we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We can however offer a repair for a small fee charge.

Any orders that are received damaged must be reported within five days of delivery. Postage is not refunded. Customer must pay for return postage.



SALE ITEMS

Please be aware when purchasing sale items that these items are final. There are no refunds. However you may exchange for a different size, or style if stock is available to do so.



SHIPPING
All shipping within Australia under $150 AUD is a flat rate of $12.50 AUD, or express post at $15 depending on customers choice at checkout.

All international shipping outside of Australia is a flat rate of $25 AUD.


WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Domestic Postage

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Once an order has been placed and payment/s are received, the order will be sent within 1-3 business days. Orders within Australia may take from 3-7 business days (express ) or 3-10 business days (regular registered parcel post) to arrive to its receiver from date of dispatch. Ocean Flo Swimwear is not responsible for the theft or damage of a parcel/article once it has been delivered.

International Postage

All orders are shipped via Australia post (Registered Post International). Once an order has been placed and payment/s are received, the order will be sent within 1-3 business days. International orders can take up to 5-20 business days to arrive to its receiver from date of dispatch. This time may vary according to your geographical location. Should there be any issues with your parcel not arriving within this time frame, please email oceanflo.aus@gmail.com where you will be supplied with a tracking reference number to locate the whereabouts of your parcel.

Duty, VAAT and customs tariffs are set by the destination country. The amount, if any of applicable duty, VAT, tariffs and taxes will vary by country.
Ocean Flo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if confirmed delivery.

The customer accepts full responsibly for any loss or damage to these items.

We do not email you your tracking number but are happy to provide you with your number if requested.
